Customer Success Representative

to help us onboard and train our new customers.

As a member of our team, you will hold a critical customer facing position.
You will be the first person that our new customers interact with once
they have chosen to partner with us - YOU get to set that first impression!

What are the duties
of this position?

• Learn and continually refresh your knowledge of CutterCroix’s products and services
• Create and manage plans for clients  to be successfully  based on their needs
• Conduct discovery with customers to understand their existing workflow
• Work with clients to design optimal workflow using CutterCroix product(s)
• Devise training programs according to organizational requirements
• Plan, prepare and create training materials
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops to groups or individuals
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Report on training activities; determine effectiveness and make improvements
• Document implemented workflow for support and maintainability of client
• Facilitate smooth transition to peers in Customer Success to provide on-going support
• Identify opportunities to up-sell additional products and services
• Performs other duties as assigned

What are the requirements
of this position?

• Bachelor’s degree or better required
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Travel is required as needed • Have a strong work ethic & pay close attention to detail
• Have a pleasant, upbeat, professional personality
• Be a self-motivated team player, able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Be articulate, diplomatic and tactful
• Be punctual and respect other people’s time

• Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
