Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly-organized self-starter
to serve as an executive assistant to the CEO
and coordinate all marketing and corporate events.

What are the duties
of this position?

• Manage the executive’s calendar & email inbox, including making appointments, reviewing emails and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Plan and manage corporate events and outings
• Manage and coordinate trade show events
• Manage corporate social media accounts
• Work with integration partners and vendors on marketing activities
• Work with go-to-market channel partners on marketing activities
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
• Other administrative duties as assigned

• Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
