• Learn and continually refresh your knowledge of CutterCroix’s products and services
• Source, recommend, implement and maintain the internal systems that CutterCroix uses to conduct day-to-day business and deliver products and services to our clients
• Manage the relationships between CutterCroix and third party technology vendors
• Manage CutterCroix's hardware technology assets
• Manage CutterCroix's software assets
• Provide support to CutterCroix employees with technology needs
• Work with CutterCroix employees to understand existing workflows and recommend, implement and document process improvements within GiddyUp
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Oversee the CutterCroix's Quality Assurance department to minimize software defects, and ensuring our products meet or exceed client expectations
• Manage the relationship between CutterCroix and our software integration partners
• Manage CutterCroix's product deployment and patching process
• Serve as a liaison between the Customer Success and Engineering departments
• Define, create and maintain any reports needed to efficiently operate the business
• Define, create, update, manage and exercise CutterCroix's Business Continuity plan
• Define, create, update, manage and exercise CutterCroix's Disaster Recovery plan
• Prepare and manage budgets
• Prepare and manage staffing plans and employee development plans
• Performs other duties as assigned
