Channel Partner Specialist


What are we looking for?

As a Channel Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that enable our partners to successfully promote and sell our products. You will work closely with our partners to create co-branded campaigns, events, and content that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and hands-on campaign execution.


What are the duties
of this position?

  • Partner Engagement & Enablement: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement marketing strategies that support their sales efforts and promote CutterCroix’s solutions.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute joint marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, and social media initiatives.

  • Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage co-branded events, trade shows, webinars, and training sessions to increase partner engagement and product awareness.

  • Content Development: Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support partner marketing efforts.

  • Lead Generation & Tracking: Work with partners to develop lead-generation strategies, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and optimize future initiatives.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and partner support.


What are the requirements
of this position?

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, demand generation, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Experience planning and executing events, webinars, and trade shows.

  • Ability to travel as required

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management tools is a plus.

  • Self-motivated (self-starter) team player, able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a strong work ethic
