Supply Chain


What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategic and motivated leader to build and lead our Supply Chain Business Unit, serving manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in the building materials industry.

As a Business Unit Leader, you will shape and grow our supply chain partnerships, helping these organizations connect more effectively with contractors through the GiddyUp platform. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to create, launch, and scale solutions that deliver measurable value across the ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone who understands both the construction supply chain and the power of technology to transform it.


What are the duties
of this position?

  • Lead the development and execution of the Supply Chain Business Unit strategy
  • Drive growth and retention among manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align features and integrations for supply chain partners
  • Build and manage key relationships with enterprise and channel partners
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience between supply chain and contractor customers
  • Represent GiddyUp at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Monitor KPIs such as ARR growth, partner engagement, and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance ecosystem collaboration
  • Build and lead a small, high-performing team focused on partner success
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


What are the requirements
of this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7–10 years of experience in SaaS, distribution, or building materials industries
  • Proven experience managing business development, partnerships, or product-market fit
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and data-driven solutions
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Be a self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and leadership skills
  • Be analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Be a problem solver with a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Be a team-oriented professional with a focus on long-term growth
