We are looking for a self-starting, growth-minded leader to guide our Contractor Business Unit — the core of GiddyUp’s mission to help contractors run better businesses.
As a Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for the success of our contractor segment, leading the strategy, operations, and team that deliver exceptional value to roofing and home improvement contractors. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, loves building teams, and enjoys working directly with contractors to help them grow.
Own the Contractor Business Unit strategy, growth, and results
Align marketing, sales, and customer success efforts specific to contractor needs
Serve as the “voice of the contractor” to influence product roadmap priorities
Develop and manage onboarding, training, and adoption programs
Track performance through KPIs such as ARR growth, churn, and customer satisfaction
Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team
Represent GiddyUp in industry events, trade shows, and partnerships
Identify new opportunities and strategic initiatives within the contractor market
Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Business Unit for joint initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
